1. Return Policy timeline for the different categories

2. What is Procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?
  • Please notify Xport within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here. If you are unable to get in touch with Xport, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, Xport will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up.
  • You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed/adjusted in future order towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.
  • Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.

Note:For all self-shipped returns, please ensure product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.

3. What to do if I do not receive my order ?

If the customer does not receive his/her order then he/she can call us on 8882132132 or send us an e-mail on support@nexxbase.com Our support team will revert to you within 24-48 hours.

4. What are the conditions for replacement for different categories of product?

Smart Watches & Bands:

  • Software issue
  • Not switching on
  • Damaged at the time of delivery
  • Features not working
  • Not able to sync with the smartphone

Note:If you want another smart watch (only for higher price), the reverse shipping charges will be paid by you.

Action Cameras:

  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Software Issue
5. What is Procedure after I have asked for a Return/Replacement?
  • If you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
  • We arrange reverse pick up for certain products.
  • In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order at the time of delivery.
6. When are returns not acceptable?
  • We will not be able to accept any returns after 5-7 days depending upon the category from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. Product should not be used.
  • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
7. What is the eligibility for refund?

A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:

  • Received different product from what was ordered

Refund will not be offered under these conditions:

  • Received incomplete order
  • Product is damaged by you
  • Wrong Order placed by you
  • Did not like the product
  • After reverse pickup, Xport receives product in damaged condition
8. Cancellations:
  • To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on Info@xport.info or call us on this number 9694914760 within 6-8 working hours*.
  • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
9. Business/Bulk Order Policy
  • Xport reserves the right to limit quantities of products to provide a wide selection at great prices
  • You will be notified of change in product price prior to processing
  • You have to make 50% payment in advance
  • For bulk order, minimum quantity is 20
  • In case of any issue with the product after delivery, Xport has to be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so, Xport shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order
10. What is the warranty on smart watch?
  • We offer 4 Months warranty on software issues on all Xport smart watches from the date of delivery.
  • We give 30 days, warranty on battery from Date of delivery.
11. What is the warranty on Fitness bands?
  • We offer 6 month warranty on manufacturing issues on all Fitness band from the date of delivery.
12. Warranty does not cover the following points
  • Product has been subject to unauthorised tempering modification / Repairs.
  • Product has been suffered from physical damage on the account of abuse, neglect or improper use, handling, storage, installation, or testing, including any use which is not as per the user manual or instruction provided with product.
  • Product has suffered water logging or any other damage due to heat, humidity or moisture.
  • Product has suffered from any misconduct
  • Returns or replacement of part and / product may be subject to shipping handling, replacement and/ or stocking fees.
