SHIPPINGPOLICY

We understand that when you make an order, you want your goods as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make this happen! Most of the items we will ship quickly and be at your door fast. However, some products might attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc.

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at Xport.info. If you are placing your order through our call centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:-

  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the Xport within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by Us where there is a heavy demand.
  • Order is processed on all weekdays except for Sundays and major holidays. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may log on to Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to info@xport.info mentioning your order reference number.
  • Orders may take up to 1-2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE.
  • Please note that orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking id will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking id to track your order by going on our website and clicking on “track your order’. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.
  • The payment options that are available cash on delivery and prepaid service. Please see that we don’t accept COD services for all pin codes. So for them we have made an option of prepaid services. To check whether your pin code is valid or invalid, while placing order on our website (after adding your product to cart) below there is an option 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether it is valid or not.
  • If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Xport Customer Service immediately. You can also email to info@xport.info with your order id and images of the product. Replacement or refund will be done immediately.
  • If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately log onto Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to Info@xport.info mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
